Perfect pairing for turkey dinner

Stephen Beaumont gives some good advice (as he always does).

"Me, I’m reckless, so I’m going to tell you about the one and only beverage you need at the table for your turkey dinner. It is traditional gueuze lambic."

Now aren't you glad you bought all that Drie Fonteinen :D

I only have a week to drink the 5 beers I got from that order, otherwise I have to ship them back with me, so I'll likely use my standard 3F for Christmas dinner!

Excellent Frank, I'd read this but forgotten it. I posted a thank you to Stephen on there. I won't be home for xmas so you all go and enjoy this great sounding pairing.
